The Dark Side of AI: Dangers and Ethical Concerns

In the rapidly advancing landscape of technology , artificial intelligence (AI) stands out as one of the most transformative and promising developments. From self-driving cars to virtual assistants, AI has permeated various aspects of our lives, enhancing efficiency, convenience, and productivity. However, as AI continues to evolve, a shadowy side is emerging—a side that raises significant concerns about its potential dangers and ethical implications. Bias and Discrimination: One of the foremost ethical concerns surrounding AI is its propensity to perpetuate and even amplify bias and discrimination. AI algorithms learn from historical data, and if that data is inherently biased, the AI can inadvertently perpetuate those biases.
